Confideo Partners was founded to provide high calibre executive search services to high growth, emerging, small cap and mid market financial services and technology businesses.
 
Our mission is to help dynamic, high growth businesses, the engine of the Australian economy, to build executive teams that enable them to achieve their goals.

Having held senior executive roles in these environments, we understand the challenges faced by these businesses, who are poorly served by traditional executive search firms. 

We specialise in conducting C-level and senior executive searches for small cap, PE backed and VC backed businesses and senior executive and investment professional searches for boutique and mid market asset management businesses.
