Our founder

Ken Teale is the founder and Managing Director of Confideo Partners. 

Prior to his executive search career, Ken spent almost 20 years’ in senior management and investment management roles in high growth, VC backed and PE backed financial services businesses.
 
As a co-founder of a number of start ups, he has first hand knowledge of the skills and attributes that senior executives need to be successful in early stage, high growth settings.
 
With over 10 years’ experience partnering with small and micro cap, PE backed, VC backed, and founder led businesses, he is able to quickly identify and assess executives, to find those with not only the right skill set, but who will also be a good culture fit for businesses in these settings.
